Nalc Contract Negotiations Update 2024 Today. Today, nalc and the postal service formally opened negotiations for a new collective bargaining agreement. Renfroe issued the following statement:
1.3% increase in pay each november, cca to ptf reduced to 1 calendar year plus 3 pay periods, dropping of step bb cca, cca increase of 2.3% each november. I’d say it’s pretty likely the cca position gets phased out next contract.
